Holding Company Mid-Autumn Festival Greetings

The leaders and trade unions of the holding company conducted慰问 activities for employees who remained at their posts during the holidays, and also offered their most sincere holiday wishes. 
On September 17, 2024, Sun Qingfeng, Minister of the Paving Business Department, and Wang Weilong from the trade union, visited various work sections and posts to express their appreciation and support for the Yinuowei people who silently dedicated themselves and remained at their posts.

Sun Qingfeng engaged in detailed conversations and inquiries with employees about the production status of various workshops. He emphasized:

Shanghai Company Mid-Autumn Festival Greetings

On September 17, 2024, Gao Zhensheng, Senior Vice President of Shanghai Dongda Chemical, Zhai Lijie, Deputy Director of Informationization, and Si Shuhai, Chairman of the Trade Union, delivered Mid-Autumn Festival greetings to all employees working at the two Shanghai companies that day. Subsequently, a leadership activity was conducted to inspect and guide safety production work and the progress of technical transformation projects. President Gao clarified the site management goals for each region and put forward the following requirements: 
1. Continuously maintain site improvement. According to the established target plan, the production department should actively promote lean TPM management and promote the tools, methods, and standards of various tasks.

3. Actively promote the implementation of technical transformation and improvement projects, fully consider various factors, do a good job in design, pay attention to details, and accelerate the implementation and effectiveness of technical transformation projects. 
4. Downplay the festive atmosphere. Leading cadres of the production department should fully play a model role, stick to their posts, and strictly and practically grasp safety production.

New Materials Company Mid-Autumn Festival Greetings

Li Jian, Senior Vice President of New Materials, and Pang Zhiyan, Chairman of the Trade Union, presented慰问 gifts to all employees on duty that day.
