Inside the Front Lines of Intelligent Manufacturing: Customs and State Media Unveil Yinuowei’s Global Expansion
On June 12, leaders from Zibo Customs and the High-tech Zone Management Committee, accompanied by a press delegation from People’s Daily, Science and Technology Daily, Economic Daily, and Guangming Daily, paid a field visit to Yinuowei. They conducted an in-depth on-site inspection of the company’s production and operations, technological innovation, global expansion, and product export activities. Group General Manager Li Jian and Executive Vice President of the joint-stock company Chen Hailiang joined the delegation throughout the visit.
At the Yinuowei Science and Technology Museum, the research delegation gained an in-depth understanding of the company’s development journey, technological advancements, innovation achievements, industrial-chain integration, and global expansion. Dr. Liu Guangchen from the Polyester Business Unit presented the R&D processes and technical strengths behind the company’s flagship products—such as high-speed rail track pads and polyurethane casters—and showcased application scenarios with leading global customers, as well as the company’s capabilities in international supply-chain support.
Subsequently, the research delegation visited key production and warehousing sites, including Polyester Workshop No. 2, the TPU workshop, and Warehouse No. 4, where they inspected the company’s intelligent manufacturing processes, standardized operating procedures, quality‑control systems, and warehouse management framework. They gained a firsthand understanding of the production techniques, performance advantages, and production capacity of polyurethane products, while experiencing the tangible results of the company’s advancements in smart manufacturing and lean management. During on‑site discussions, the delegation obtained detailed insights into the company’s product applications and overseas market presence. Leveraging superior product performance and consistent quality, Yinuowei’s offerings are widely used across numerous sectors—including high-speed rail infrastructure, new energy, automotive manufacturing, construction, furniture, home appliances, and sports—meeting the high‑end development needs of diverse industries. Meanwhile, the company continues to deepen its foothold in international markets, exporting to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Supported by a robust global marketing network, it is steadily expanding its international market share and enhancing the overseas visibility of its own brand.
