Carrying Forward the Glory of Military Service, Forging Youthful Responsibility—Yinuowei Held a Themed Event Marking the 99th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Liberation Army, Cultivating Soldiers and Shaping Their Spirit to Build a New Generation of Elite Forces.
With banners flying and our original aspirations unwavering, we forge ahead with resolve, strengthened by the spirit of military service. To mark the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, deepen the achievements of military‑civilian cooperation, cultivate a solid foundation for patriotic education, and hone the exemplary conduct of our young employees, on the morning of July 25, Yinuowei Group held, simultaneously in Shandong and Shanghai, a grand thematic event commemorating the PLA’s 99th anniversary, along with a review and awards ceremony for the 2026 cohort’s military training. More than 400 participants—including Chairman Xu Jun, Minister Jiang Xinyan of the Armed Forces Department of Zibo High‑Tech Zone, the Group’s senior management, veteran soldiers, key militia members, representatives from various departments, and the new recruits of the 2026 class—gathered to unite the spirit of the military with the corporate ethos, forging a resilient and disciplined youth force at Yinuowei.
At 7:00 a.m., the stirring strains of the national anthem filled the venue. All stood in solemn silence as the Five-Star Red Flag was slowly raised, stirring in every YINOW employee a profound sense of patriotism and a steadfast commitment to strengthening both the military and the enterprise. Following the flag-raising ceremony, the highlight of the event—the 2026 cohort’s military training drill—began in earnest. Eight youthful formations marched onto the field one after another, their crisp, resolute steps, loud and spirited battle cries, and precise, polished movements fully showcasing the exemplary spirit forged during five days of intensive, closed‑camp training. Having shed the last vestiges of youth, these fresh graduates have already begun to embody the steely resolve of an elite force, presenting their first testament to professional readiness with heads held high.
With the conclusion of the parade, the event recognized, in turn, outstanding trainees, exemplary instructors, distinguished veteran representatives, and winning training formations, awarding performance‑based bonus points to these exemplary units. A distinguished veteran representative took the stage to share how the discipline, steadfastness, and spirit of practical dedication honed during military service have been seamlessly integrated into their professional roles. Meanwhile, an outstanding trainee reflected on their experience, solemnly pledging to carry the sense of discipline and resilient character forged during training into their daily work. Though discharged from service, they remain true to their convictions; generation after generation of veterans has taken root at Yinuowei, consistently upholding the Group’s “Four Alls” principle and serving as a core force—ready to respond at a moment’s notice and capable of delivering when called upon—in the Group’s ongoing development.

Jiang Xinyan, Director of the Armed Forces Department of Zibo High-tech Zone, highly commended Yinuowei’s efforts to deepen its commitment to national defense education and to cultivate young talent through military training. He urged all young employees to carry forward the red spirit of the military, draw on the fine traditions and exemplary conduct of service members, shoulder the heavy responsibility of development in their respective roles, and achieve synchronized progress between personal growth and corporate advancement.
Li Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Group Party Committee and General Manager, delivered a concluding address. He noted that the Group’s industrial footprint continues to expand, with the third phase of Yinuowei Shares now in successful operation, and key projects such as the third phase of Yinuowei New Materials, Shanghai Dongda Chemical, and the expansion of Shanghai Dongda Polyurethane all advancing steadily—laying a solid industrial foundation for the Group’s high‑quality development. Behind this robust industrial growth lies the indispensable support of talent; the newly recruited young employees represent the fresh vitality driving the company’s iterative upgrades and innovative development.
He emphasized that all employees must remain committed to the philosophy of innovative development, leveraging technological and managerial innovation as key drivers, and relying on mechanisms such as QC improvement initiatives and rationalization proposals to implement meticulous, differentiated management. All new employees should cherish their growth platform, deeply cultivate expertise in systems like comprehensive budgeting, compliance and internal controls, lean management, and excellence in performance, and diligently study, practice, and refine their skills. Furthermore, every member of Yinuowei must always uphold the original aspiration of loyalty and responsibility, put into practice the Group’s “Four‑All” requirements, stay true to our mission, persevere over the long term, and adopt a fighting spirit to help the company enhance quality and efficiency. “Forward! Forward! Forward!” — At the event’s conclusion, the entire audience joined in singing the “March of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army,” their rousing melody igniting fervent patriotism and corporate pride. Following the ceremony, the Group presented exclusive commemorative gifts to all veterans and militia members, paying tribute to those who once wore the uniform and now dedicate themselves to frontline work, and expressing gratitude for their unwavering commitment to the military ethos and their courageous efforts in driving the Group’s development.
National defense education lays the foundation, while military training forges soldiers and cultivates new talent. This themed event celebrating the founding of the People’s Liberation Army is seamlessly integrated with the new‑employee military training, serving not only as an immersive public lesson in patriotism but also as a practical classroom for honing young people’s work ethic and building team‑based combat effectiveness.
The wind is just right for setting sail. All new employees of the Class of 2026 will take this event as a fresh starting point, carrying forward the fine traditions of military service—loyalty and resilience, strict discipline, and relentless striving—and translating these values into both inner conviction and concrete action. Together, all members of Yinuowei will unite in purpose and pool their strengths to forge an iron‑clad team with strong execution and formidable combat effectiveness, continuously writing a new chapter in the company’s high‑quality development.
