Focusing on "One Prevention and Three Improvements" to Enhance Enterprise Management Efficiency

—— Yinuowei Group "Young Eagle 2024" Training Class Graduation Ceremony and Chairman's Lecture

On August 8, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the Yinuowei Group "Young Eagle 2024" training class graduation ceremony and chairman's lecture were grandly held. The graduation ceremony was held in the second-floor auditorium of the Shandong Institute of Industrial Technology Science and Technology Building as the main venue (with the holding company, Shanghai company, and new materials company participating via video link). Senior company executives, department backbones, head teachers, tutors, and 132 newly hired college students participated in this ceremony.

The ceremony began with the playing of the national anthem. This training used the theme of "Focusing on "One Prevention and Three Improvements" to Enhance Enterprise Management Efficiency" for in-depth study by all staff, requiring all employees of each company to thoroughly implement the "four all-staff" initiatives, continuously studying content such as the "Guiding Principles for Chemical Process Safety Management" and "Enterprise Compliance and Internal Control Management," and fully implementing the enterprise's main responsibility for safe production. During the training, the chairman interacted and exchanged ideas with outstanding new employees, creating a lively atmosphere filled with applause and achieving good training results.

Following this, the venue watched the "Young Eagle 2024" training documentary, reviewing the details of the training. The 2024 "Young Eagle Training" activities started from the "four all-staff" initiatives, covering various aspects such as safety, equipment, quality, compliance and internal control, and required knowledge and skills. The addition of on-site practical training and lean management courses helped new employees quickly understand and familiarize themselves with the company's management, laying the foundation for future job assignments. The "four all-staff" knowledge competition used forms such as simulated on-site team meetings and knowledge competition quizzes. Everyone actively participated, enthusiastically answering questions, creating a lively and exciting competition atmosphere.

In addition to a rigorous and scientific foundation, this training specially invited excellent lecturers from various departments and fields of the company to give lectures. The training materials underwent multiple discussions and reviews to ensure optimal teaching effectiveness. This graduation ceremony awarded 14 head teachers and tutors with the "Gardener Award" and 8 excellent lecturers with certificates of honor and prizes.
