Join Hands for Industry Development, Gather at Yinuowei

From March 19th to 21st, 2025, the China Polyurethane Industry Association joined hands with Yinuowei ， to hold the "Polyurethane Industry Association Development and Polyurethane Paving Material Construction Training Conference" in Zibo, Shandong. As the chairman unit of the Association's Waterproofing and Paving Materials Committee, Yinuowei upholds its responsibilities and mission, deeply cultivating the field of polyurethane elastic sports grounds. This exchange activity focusing on the construction of plastic runways is of great significance in helping domestic construction enterprises deliver qualified and high-quality sports grounds.

"The spring equinox rain falls softly, and the willow-lined bank wind brings guests home." During the spring equinox, Yinuowei and the Polyurethane Association sincerely invite elite polyurethane sports ground construction professionals from all over the country to gather in Zibo. Currently, Yinuowei has established three major R&D, production, and sales bases. On March 19th, participants mainly visited the two bases in Shandong. Shandong Yinuowei New Materials Co., Ltd., located in Qilu Chemical Industry Park, focuses on polyether products in the upstream of the group's industrial chain and has won the title of Shandong Provincial Manufacturing Industry Single-Item Champion; located in Zibo High-tech Zone, Shandong Yinuowei Polyurethane Co., Ltd., is the main production company of polyurethane paving materials, and its prepolymer products have been awarded the title of "National Manufacturing Industry Single-Item Champion Demonstration Product" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China for many consecutive years. Since 2022, the company's paving series product production control system has undergone a major upgrade based on the original DCS system, introducing MES and BATCH systems to achieve real-time acquisition of production data and automated production, with a 100% first-pass yield, demonstrating its excellent quality control capabilities.

On March 20th, the training conference officially began. At the meeting, Lv Guohui, secretary-general of the China Polyurethane Industry Association, first analyzed the development trend of the industry. Currently, the domestic polyurethane output has reached 14.7 million tons and continues to grow, with continuous expansion and innovation in the application of paving materials. He hopes that the industry will strengthen cooperation and flourish under the leadership of excellent enterprises. Zhou Xiaoling, director of Jiangsu Provincial Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Research Institute, interpreted the current national standards, analyzed the acceptance content in GB36246-2018, GB/T22517.6-2020, and GB/T14833-2020 for the construction group, and had in-depth discussions with the participants to deepen their understanding of the standards. Excellent construction teams from all over the country shared their construction and management experiences, and Yinuowei's technical and engineering management departments deeply analyzed the pain points of the construction industry and material characteristics. The report integrated the content of construction team management, system construction, and standard coordination, providing practical reference solutions covering personnel positions, construction steps, and construction strategies for different venues and weather conditions.

After the theoretical study in the morning, the afternoon's practical operation was highly anticipated. On-site participants were divided into groups to conduct practical operations such as primer rolling, reinforcing layer paving, topcoat construction, and line marking, reproducing real-world scenarios such as material opening, proportioning, mixing, and edging. Through theoretical study, practical operation, and discussion sharing, participants gained a lot. At the same time, through on-site operation, participants gave full affirmation to the material's leveling properties, ease of operation, and construction effects.

The exchange platform built by the China Polyurethane Industry Association and Yinuowei successfully achieved a great fusion of construction culture this time, with the differences in construction between the north and south and the discussion of construction equipment becoming hot topics. The conference also awarded graduation certificates signed by the "China Polyurethane Industry Association Training Center" and "Shandong Yinuowei Polyurethane Co., Ltd." to outstanding construction representatives. Construction technology is the key to the construction of polyurethane sports grounds.
