One Norway 2026 presses the “start button” for safe development.
One class, one heart—let’s stand together.
Spring ushers in a new journey—safety comes first! To firmly uphold responsibilities for safe production, strengthen the defense line for resuming work and production, and ensure a strong start to the 2026 work year, on February 25, Yinuowei Group held its first-ever company-wide safety kickoff meeting. With safety as our guiding principle, we’re building momentum for the year’s development. This meeting adopted a coordinated approach linking Shandong and Shanghai, with 23 sub-venues and 686 employees attending simultaneously. Through this “first lesson of the year,” we’ve united our efforts, set clear goals, and established robust standards.

At 8:55 a.m., the rousing “Song of Safety” sounded, marking the official opening of the conference. All participants gathered to watch the live training session—the first lesson launched by the Shandong Provincial Department of Emergency Management—and listened attentively to the special lecture delivered by the principal representative of Shandong Jinling New Materials Co., Ltd., titled “Strengthening Safety Responsibilities and Building a Solid Lifeline.” The lecture, enriched with real-life case studies, risk assessments, and key emergency response guidelines, guided employees to swiftly transition from “holiday mode” to “work mode.”

After the live broadcast, Chairman Xu Jun presented an in-depth course titled “DuPont’s Ten Safety Principles—A Sharing of Yinuowei’s Ten-Year Practical Experience.” Drawing on ten years of hands-on experience, the course systematically explained the origins and core principles of DuPont’s safety management approach and shared Yinuowei’s insights into integrating safety into governance and achieving the unity of knowledge and practice. Three outstanding employees from the Shareholding Production Department each delivered focused presentations on hazard identification, standardized operations, and equipment management, breaking down the implementation processes of these principles and strengthening the company’s comprehensive safety defense system across the entire value chain.

Chairman Xu Jun emphasized that safety is an inviolable red line—safety means life, and safety means efficiency; without safety, everything starts from scratch. Drawing on ten years of practical experience in implementing safety measures, he called on leaders at all levels to shoulder the responsibility for their employees’ safety, set exemplary standards to encourage everyone to fulfill their duties, and continuously improve the company’s safety management system and safety culture.
In the afternoon, each business division of the group delivered safety-focused reports in turn, detailing specific prevention and control measures. The Production Department clarified the criteria for “three violations” and strengthened risk management during inspection and maintenance activities; the Project Department tightened contractor management and on-the-job training procedures; the Logistics Center promoted standardized management of warehousing and carrier services; and the R&D Center implemented full-process control over chemicals used in laboratories. Employee representatives from various positions shared their insights, fostering a unified safety consensus across the entire organization.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Group General Manager Li Jian delivered a concluding speech and laid out the next steps, sounding the clarion call for all employees to forge ahead with renewed vigor. He urged everyone to refocus and get back on track, putting an end to “post-holiday syndrome” by maintaining tight ideological vigilance, strict discipline, and swift action. He emphasized the need to prioritize safety above all else and ensure that the “three aspects”—hazard identification, training and education, and accountability— are fully implemented. Furthermore, he called on everyone to stay firmly committed to the annual goals, concentrate efforts on tackling key projects and driving innovation, pool team strengths, and write a new chapter of high-quality development.

Safety is our foundation; steady progress ensures long-term success. The rallying cry for 2026 has been sounded. All employees of Yinuowei will take the “First Lesson Upon Starting Work” as our starting point, fully prepared and committed to practical, diligent action. We’ll firmly uphold our safety bottom line, shoulder the heavy responsibility of development, and go all out to achieve our annual goals, jointly embarking on a new journey toward high-quality development!
