On the afternoon of March 24, Zhang Chenggang, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Cui Guohua, Principal, of Zibo Industrial School, visited Yinuowei, where they convened with Xu Jun, Chairman of the Group, and heads of relevant departments to engage in in-depth discussions on topics such as industry–education integration, joint talent development, and industrial empowerment, jointly exploring new avenues for school–enterprise cooperation.

Business Overview

During the meeting, Chairman Xu Jun provided a detailed overview of Yinuowei Group’s 2025 business performance. He stated that over the past year, the Group has focused on lean management, internal control guidelines, excellence in performance, and comprehensive budgeting as its core initiatives, while steadfastly strengthening internal management and expanding into new markets. With a customer-centric approach that engages all employees, the Group has achieved simultaneous growth in both operational scale and profitability, thereby laying a solid foundation for further deepening strategic cooperation. As a national high-tech enterprise, a national-level demonstration enterprise for single-product champions in manufacturing, and a national demonstration unit for the sports industry, Yinuowei has been deeply engaged in the polyurethane sector for more than two decades. The company has consistently regarded talent development as the core driver of high-quality growth, establishing a robust talent training and promotion system and operating multiple research platforms, including a postdoctoral research workstation. Leveraging its strong R&D capabilities and high-quality products, Yinuowei has earned widespread recognition within the industry. This visit by the university not only affirms the company’s overall strength but also represents an important opportunity for collaboration between the university and the enterprise to jointly empower regional industrial development.

Visit and Exchange

Accompanied by Chairman Xu Jun and other relevant leaders, Secretary Zhang Chenggang and President Cui Guohua visited the Group’s Digital Center, Polyester Workshop No. 2, and the Yinuowei Science and Technology Museum, gaining an immersive understanding of the company’s research strength, production capabilities, and cultural heritage. Chairman Xu Jun provided a detailed overview of the company’s product portfolio, research achievements, production management and control model, and talent-development philosophy, with particular emphasis on technological breakthroughs and application cases in areas such as polyurethane paving materials and polyester polyols. The clean and well-organized production workshops, stringent safety management, and scientifically designed shift system all drew high praise from Secretary Zhang Chenggang, who noted that Yinuowei’s meticulous management and attentive employee care have created an excellent platform for students to gain practical experience. At the Science and Technology Museum, upon seeing displays of the synthetic-surface sports fields constructed by Yinuowei for Tsinghua University and Peking University in 2025, President Cui Guohua remarked with deep appreciation that recognition from these top-tier institutions underscores the company’s robust capacity for research and innovation. Collaborating with such a benchmark enterprise, he added, will enable students to better align with industry needs and enhance their professional skills.

Talks on Cooperation

During the symposium, a responsible official from the Group’s Human Resources Center presented an overview of the company’s current staffing situation, the placement of positions for junior college graduates, and the “15th Five-Year” talent development plan, underscoring the organization’s urgent need for and sincere commitment to cultivating skilled professionals. Secretary Zhang Chenggang stated that the university is fully committed to developing a five-year higher vocational program, with majors such as Applied Chemical Engineering, Analytical Testing, and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering that align closely with Yinuowei’s talent requirements. He expressed the hope that the two parties will deepen their cooperation in talent cultivation and employment placement, thereby achieving complementary use of resources.
Industry–education integration is the driving force behind corporate development. Yinuowei is committed to forging comprehensive partnerships with educational institutions to co-establish internship and training bases, implement targeted talent-development programs, facilitate faculty exchanges, and promote collaborative research and technological innovation, thereby achieving “joint cultivation by schools and enterprises and mutually beneficial outcomes for both.” Subsequently, the head of the Pavement Marketing Department presented Yinuowei’s benchmark synthetic-surface sports-field project in Zibo, highlighting its outstanding performance in surface smoothness, environmental friendliness, and service life. Chairman Xu Jun stated that the company will provide end-to-end services to support the quality enhancement and upgrading of synthetic-surface facilities at schools. This fact-finding and exchange visit has built a communication bridge between the university and the enterprise, strengthening the foundation for collaboration. Moving forward, Yinuowei will continue to embrace the principle of industry–education integration, engage more vocational colleges, refine its talent-development system, leverage talent to drive industrial upgrading, and inject vitality into regional economic growth and the development of the polyurethane industry.
