From 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on August 1, 2025, Yinuowei Group will simultaneously hold a special event titled “Retirement Doesn’t Diminish Our Colors, Discharge Doesn’t Wane Our Resolve—Continuously Implementing the ‘Four All-Staff’ Initiative” at the National Flag Square of the Science and Technology Innovation Center of the joint-stock company and at Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd., to celebrate the 98th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. Attending this event were Jiang Xinyan, the Armed Forces Minister of Zibo High-tech Zone, senior leaders of Yinuowei Group, retired military personnel, militia representatives, key employees, and college students from the class of 2025—a total of 369 participants.

Item 1: Hold a flag-raising ceremony. The flag guard will escort the national flag into the venue, and all personnel will stand at attention and give a salute as they sing the national anthem together.

Item 2: Four outstanding representatives will share their experiences serving in the military and practical insights from their respective positions.

Lu Jinsheng from the New Materials Production Department, drawing on his experience serving in the artillery, emphasized the importance of staying committed to one’s post with an attitude that “details determine success or failure.” Feng Hao from the Security Department stated that he would carry forward the military ethos of loyalty and dedication to safeguard the company. Safety: Chen Fanhui from the Shanghai company shared how the spirit of military service has boosted product delivery efficiency and improved quality rates. Zhou Yekun, a new employee from the class of 2025, spoke about how his military career helped shape his resilient character and expressed his determination to realize his value in his current role.

Third, the retired military personnel from the Group’s Security Department performed a formation drill demonstration, showcasing their disciplined and highly motivated military spirit.

First, we must learn from the military’s ethos and build an “iron army” that strictly adheres to orders and directives. We emphasize that “time waits for no one” and urge us to make efficient use of the critical second half of the year. Third, we must deeply implement comprehensive budget management—“no expenditure without a budget”—and require leaders to take the lead and all employees to participate fully, ensuring that our plans are both scientifically sound and practically feasible. At the same time, we are laying out plans for comprehensive budget management in 2026.

Sixth, all participants sang the "March of the Chinese People's Liberation Army" together, bringing the event to a rousing climax amid the spirited melody.
