Set sail and embark on a new chapter.
— The 2025 Class of University Student Training Program at Yinuowei Group Concludes its Course.
August 6 On that day, the Innovation and Technology Center of Yinuowei Group was filled with rounds of applause. The graduation ceremony for the 2025 cohort’s training program for newly hired college graduates is being held here today with great solemnity. Starting from July 9... The nearly one-month-long training that kicked off today has come to a successful conclusion. After undergoing systematic training, 117 college students full of dreams have officially transformed from “young eagles” into fresh newcomers to the workforce and are about to head to their respective positions to write a new chapter.
The closing ceremony was hosted by Pang Zhiyan, Human Resources Manager at New Materials. As the video reviewing the “Young Eagles 2025” training program played, one precious scene after another slowly unfolded: the synchronized steps on the military training ground, the focused gazes in the classroom, the sparks of ideas exchanged during group discussions... The nearly month-long journey of shared growth was condensed into these moving images, evoking deep resonance among everyone present.
As the video came to a close, the ceremony moved on to the awards presentation. After rigorous evaluation, the outstanding class teachers and instructors of the training program were honored with well-deserved recognition. “This recognition is a testament to our shared progress with the trainees,” said Qi Xiaofeng, a class teacher and recipient of the Outstanding Gardener Award, visibly moved. As a production manager, he solemnly pledged to create a fair and orderly growth platform for new employees, enabling more talented individuals to shine brightly in the fertile ground of Yinuo Wei. Meanwhile, Wu Yongbo, an outstanding practical training instructor, placed “safety” at the very top of his priorities: “Without safety, all development is just empty talk.” He expressed his commitment to carrying forward the fine tradition of “master-apprentice mentoring,” passing down professional skills and corporate culture from one generation to the next. He also hopes that new employees will harness the power of collaboration to ignite their passion for hard work and continuous striving. 。
At the subsequent ceremony for appointing Gold Medal Instructors, Zhang Hengjian from the Production Department of the joint-stock company spoke on behalf of all participants, saying: “The title of Gold Medal Instructor is not only a mark of trust but also a profound sense of responsibility.” This sense of commitment underscores the group’s teaching staff’s original aspiration—to prioritize education and nurturing people.
“The heart of market competition lies in the battle between teams and talent,” said Pang Zhiyan, highlighting the critical importance of talent development. Immediately afterward, the results of the new employee evaluations were announced: 24 trainees who excelled during military training and 15 members of the “Sharp Knife” class were recognized. After undergoing assessments and comprehensive evaluations covering multiple areas—including the employee handbook, safety knowledge, quality equipment, compliance and internal controls, as well as essential job skills—Team No. 8 won the team championship thanks to its outstanding teamwork. Team leader Wang Zhaopan candidly shared: “The company’s careful guidance has made us realize that only by continuously learning, putting what we’ve learned into practice, and embracing each role with an open mind can we live up to everyone’s expectations.”

An outstanding trainee representative from Nankai University shared that the training profoundly made him appreciate the team spirit of Yinuowei—“a group of people, one shared goal, working together, and winning together”—and further deepened his appreciation for the company’s vigorous upward momentum and its rich cultural heritage. Liu Hengji, the recipient of the first-place scholarship, recounted his personal growth: “From being hesitant to speak up to confidently delivering speeches without notes, it was the warmth of my colleagues and the platform provided by the company that enabled me to undergo a remarkable transformation.”
“A fountain is splendid because of pressure; life is wonderful because of challenges.” In her concluding remarks, Pang Zhiyan used vivid analogies to encourage the new employees, urging them to strive for continuous improvement through reflection and to achieve their best selves through perseverance.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Gao Zhensheng, Director of Human Resources at the Group, delivered a message to the young employees titled “Ride the Waves and Build Dreams for a Distant Voyage,” offering three heartfelt wishes: First, quickly integrate into the team, strictly abide by rules and regulations, and find your place within the collective; second, cherish the company’s platform and turn what you’ve learned in training into real work effectiveness; third, hold fast to your ideals and beliefs, and face challenges with fearless courage.
The enthusiastic applause continued unabated, marking the successful conclusion of the graduation ceremony. The 117 new employees, brimming with收获 and anticipation, are soon to embark on their respective roles. Their growth serves as a vivid testament to Yinuo Wei’s talent strategy; their future will undoubtedly resonate in sync with the company’s development, together writing a new chapter of “Winning Together.”
