— The opening ceremony of the 2025 Class University Trainee Program at Yinuowei Group was successfully held.

On July 9, 2025, Yinuowei Group held the opening ceremony for the 2025 class of new college graduates joining the company. Senior leaders of Yinuowei Group, key personnel from various departments, class teachers and counselors, as well as newly hired employees from across the country, attended the opening ceremony.

Li Honghe, a registered safety engineer from the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of the joint-stock company, conducted a safety training session. He explained the group company’s safety management regulations in detail, using video-based warning cases as examples, with particular emphasis on prohibited behaviors to reinforce new employees’ safety awareness.

Wang Li, the training manager at the Group’s Human Resources Center, provided a detailed introduction to the development program for new employees joining in 2025. From July 2025 to June 2026, the program is divided into three phases: centralized training, on-the-job internships at grassroots positions, and performance-based job assignment through competitive selection. Each phase features a comprehensive set of training activities and a scientifically designed evaluation system. Through a holistic and integrated training approach—including centralized classroom learning, mentorship programs, specialized thematic training sessions, and project-based research—this program helps new employees quickly adapt, integrate, and grow!

To ensure the smooth implementation of this training session, we have specially appointed a class advisor and a counselor, and developed an evaluation and assessment plan. The class advisor, counselor, and representative instructors each delivered statements, sharing their own growth experiences with the new employees. They pledged to fulfill their duties conscientiously, serving as a bridge and link between the company and the new trainees, and ensuring the successful delivery of the training program.

In their address, senior leaders of Yinuowei Group emphasized that the new era calls for new achievements, and the new journey demands new responsibilities. The Group’s Board of Directors and all employees extend the warmest welcome to the outstanding “Young Eagles” joining us in the class of 2025!

Subsequently, using operational performance and safety statistics charts from Yinuowei Group, we shared the management philosophy and requirements cultivated over more than thirty years of deep engagement in the industry, as well as the group’s overall business condition, strengths, and development goals. At the same time, all employees were urged to engage in continuous learning, focusing on compliance and internal controls, lean management, excellence in performance, and comprehensive budget management—putting what they learn into practice. All managers and employees must consistently ensure effective implementation in their daily work, transforming their rich theoretical knowledge into the core competitive edge for the company’s long-term development through practical application.
