Enhancing Quality, Reducing Costs, and Boosting Efficiency—It’s Up to Me to Strive On: Yinuowei Hosts a Report Session for Female Employees and Young Staff, Alongside a QC Achievements Presentation
To thoroughly implement the Group’s strategy of enhancing quality, reducing costs, boosting efficiency, and fostering innovative management; to fully stimulate employees’ innovative vitality and sense of responsibility in their roles; and to highlight the pioneering spirit of young professionals and the outstanding achievements of female employees, the Yinuowei Group successfully held the 2026 Special Exchange Conference on Female Employees’ and Young Professionals’ Performance Reviews and QC Achievement Presentations from April 27 to 28. The conference featured two main components: on-site visits and exchanges, and a centralized performance review and presentation session. Through hands-on learning, participants identified areas for improvement, while the review presentations spurred further enhancement, thereby vigorously advancing management innovation and efficiency upgrades.
On the morning of April 27, companies from Shandong and Shanghai simultaneously visited the central control room, production workshops, project sites, and science and technology museums, conducting on-site observations of best practices such as lean manufacturing, process technology upgrades, and standardized on-site management. Throughout the visit, participants rigorously adhered to on-site safety protocols, attentively listened to vivid briefings from staff at each workstation, proactively benchmarked against leading practices to learn from their experience, and effectively translated the insights gained from these field visits into actionable strategies for enhancing their work.
That afternoon, participants engaged in focused discussions and exchanges on such topics as improving quality while reducing costs and boosting efficiency, streamlining processes, driving management innovation, overcoming challenging QC issues, and enhancing the value of individual roles. Drawing on their insights from the site visit and their day-to-day work experiences, attendees freely shared ideas and offered constructive suggestions. Through this vigorous exchange of perspectives, they tackled persistent operational challenges, built consensus on future development, and distilled practical methodologies and innovative approaches to inform and guide subsequent efforts.
On April 28, the employee performance review and QC achievement presentation session was officially held. A total of 23 young key personnel and female employee representatives from the Group’s R&D, production, marketing, and functional departments took to the stage one after another. Drawing on their respective roles, they reviewed their work achievements, shared innovative ideas for their positions, and comprehensively showcased the results of their QC project breakthroughs. During the event, attendees publicly scored the presentations, and outstanding performers were recognized and awarded practical prizes such as air conditioners, washing machines, and high-speed blenders, further boosting staff enthusiasm and rallying collective momentum for continued progress.
At the meeting, General Manager Li Jian outlined the work plan, fully commended the outcomes of this event and the performance of all participants, and set forth clear requirements for subsequent work: to comprehensively implement the “Four Alls and Four Always” working principles; to establish sound rules and systems and optimize business processes; to benchmark against industry leaders and leverage digital and intelligent technologies; and to adopt a results-oriented approach driven by data, so as to make every possible effort to accomplish all operational objectives and continuously deepen efforts to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
Chairman Xu Jun led all attendees in studying ISO 56002:2019, “Innovation Management—Innovation Management System—Guidance,” emphasizing the need to accelerate the establishment and refinement of a robust R&D innovation system and a digital and intelligent R&D platform. Upholding the principle that “small improvements lead to significant achievements,” he urged continuous learning and proactive innovation across the organization, thereby supporting the Group in building an internationally first-class brand.
This event is a vivid embodiment of the spirit of innovation that defines the May Fourth Movement, a brilliant showcase of women’s outstanding contributions, and a profound demonstration of Yinuowei’s culture of innovation. All members of the Yinuowei family will take this event as a new starting point, translating our learning into concrete actions in our duties, rigorously adhering to innovation management standards, and staying firmly committed to our annual development blueprint. With the vigorous energy of youth and the determined drive of women, we will continue to focus on improving quality, reducing costs, and boosting efficiency, uniting our efforts to empower the Group’s high-quality development, and forging ahead with confidence toward the goal of building an internationally first-class enterprise.
