The 25th Annual Summary and 26th-Year Goal Pledge Conference of Yinuowei Group was successfully held.

     As the years turn and new chapters unfold, we renew our commitment and forge ahead with renewed vigor. With hearts united and minds focused, we pledge to embark on a fresh journey. “Hold high the banner, press forward with unwavering determination, stand united, and move forward courageously”—the 2026 Summary and 2027 Goals Rally of Yinuowei Group was solemnly held from January 27–29, 2026, and February 3–4, 2026. The main venue was the auditorium on the 7th floor of the Group’s Science and Technology Innovation Center, with video links connecting the Shareholding Company, New Materials Division, and Shanghai Branch. In total, there were 10 venues attended by 702 participants.

     In 2025, the people of Yinuowei will work diligently and earnestly implement management principles such as “four all-inclusive approaches,” “four凡事” (everything must be done thoroughly), compliance-based internal controls, comprehensive budgeting, excellence in performance, lean management, and safety standardization. We will coordinate safety with development, proactively guard against operational risks, elevate our digital and intelligent capabilities to a new level, enhance our brand influence in tandem, and significantly strengthen our core competitiveness!

    Seek momentum from innovation. Dr. He Zhiqiang delivered a report on science and technology innovation work, using technological projects such as ultra-low-conductivity products as examples to illustrate the direction of technological innovation. Seek efficiency from the market. Director Niu Fujiang delivered a report titled “Building a Standardized Marketing System Based on Compliance and Internal Control, Focusing on Customers, Pursuing High Quality and Globalization, and Forging One-Nowe’s International Quality.” Seek efficiency from procurement. Director Ning Xiaolong delivered a report on the Group’s procurement efforts, titled “Low Cost, High Efficiency, Standardization, and Building the Most Competitive Procurement System in the Industry.” Seek efficiency through management. Executive Deputy General Manager of Yinuowei Shares Chen Hailiang requested that we continue to learn and implement management systems such as safety standardization, compliance-based internal controls, and ensure that employee performance reports and budget statements are effectively carried out, thereby leveraging the synergistic effects of IPD. Focus on transformation to enhance efficiency, and cultivate talent to drive development. Gao Zhensheng introduced the group’s human resources system construction and outlined the 2026 training plan, as well as key areas of work including employee relations, compensation and performance management, equity incentives, and job qualification standards. Representatives from relevant functional departments each delivered their annual work reports.

     Group General Manager Li Jian delivered a work report: Uphold the guiding banner, forge ahead with vigor and determination, unite as one, and move forward         courageously and resolutely. First, we will focus our efforts and strive for excellence. In 2025, the Group will continue to enhance quality and efficiency in areas such as marketing standardization, procurement strategic planning, technological innovation, and lean management. Second, we will seize the momentum and draw up a comprehensive blueprint. In alignment with the 15th Five-Year Plan and the 2026 production and operational targets, we will deeply implement innovation and differentiation, optimize the supply chain system, strengthen foundational management, intensify scientific and technological research and development, benchmark against industry leaders, fully adopt comprehensive budget management, reinforce financial controls, drive growth through digital and intelligent technologies, bolster service support, and pool collaborative forces to vigorously achieve the Group’s goal of high-quality development.

      Xu Jun, Chairman of the Group, delivered the Board of Directors’ work report. The report focuses on the Excellence Performance Management System. General Manager Xu pointed out that, looking back on our extraordinary 25-year journey, the industry landscape has been rapidly evolving. At Inovance, we’ve remained firmly committed to our goals, overcoming obstacles, tackling risks, and rising to challenges—thus stabilizing our core business and achieving steady year-on-year growth even in adverse conditions! Those who start with vigor are destined to reach their ultimate goals; successful people plan carefully from the very beginning! As we embark on the “15th Five-Year Plan” period—a new chapter of pioneering efforts—Inovance shoulders the dual mission of driving economic growth and advancing project development. We’re adopting a global strategic perspective, stepping up R&D investment in science and technology, accelerating project construction and process transformation, implementing comprehensive budget management, strengthening compliance and internal controls, solidifying foundational management, and continuously reducing costs while boosting efficiency. By maintaining strategic composure and unwavering confidence in our development, we’ll harness the spirited determination of “pioneering boldly and daring to explore,” coupled with the tenacious perseverance of “working steadily and achieving success through diligent effort.” Together, we’ll unite in shared purpose and resolve, summoning all our collective strength and drive to write a magnificent new chapter of high-quality development for Inovance and jointly create new glories for our enterprise!

     At the meeting, Gao Zhensheng read out the “Decision on Commending and Rewarding Outstanding Teams and Individuals,” which included 175 individual awards and 23 collective awards. The lottery segment featured awards such as the "Pioneering Award," the "Lean Excellence Award," the "Trailblazing Award," and the "Pragmatic Action Award." Prizes ranged from 75-inch color TVs and refrigerators to washing machines and air conditioners.

     Pragmatism paves the way to achievement, and innovation empowers excellence! With our mission firmly in mind, only forward momentum will do! In 2026, the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, the people of Yinuowei will continue to implement the “Four Alls,” “Four Always,” compliance-based internal controls, comprehensive budget management, and excellence performance management.
