     On the morning of February 12, 2026, Chairman Xu Jun warmly welcomed a delegation led by Wu Xiyi, the 22nd squad leader of the “Lei Feng Class” and specially appointed professor of ideological and political education at Shenyang University of Chemical Technology. The two sides engaged in candid and in-depth discussions on topics including innovation in ideological and political education, deepened collaboration between universities and enterprises, and the implementation of corporate social responsibility, further strengthening their shared commitment to carrying forward the “Lei Feng Spirit” and jointly promoting high-quality development.

     During the exchange, Chairman Xu Jun highly praised Class Monitor Wu Xiyou’s steadfast dedication and practical commitment to deeply engaging in ideological and political education at colleges and universities for many years, as well as his unwavering devotion to carrying forward the “Lei Feng Spirit.” He stated that Unov’s steady development has always been inseparable from the correct guidance of the Party and the government. Meanwhile, the friendship between the two sides has grown even deeper with each exchange and interaction.

     After the meeting, Class Monitor Wu Xiyou visited the Yinuowei Technology Museum, where he gained a firsthand appreciation of the company’s remarkable achievements in technological innovation, green development, and product R&D. He highly praised Yinuowei’s impressive performance over recent years in areas such as building garden-style factories, optimizing the work environment, leveraging technological innovation, and diversifying product applications. He also stated that, going forward, Yinuowei’s corporate philosophy and development achievements will be actively integrated into various ideological and political lectures and practical teaching scenarios, helping to cultivate more high-quality talents who possess both professional competence and a strong sense of responsibility.
