     On February 13, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., the Yiwuwei Group’s Spring Gathering, themed “Hold High the Banner, Press On with Vigor, Unite as One, and Move Forward Bravely,” was successfully held. This gathering was conducted via video conference, simultaneously taking place in the conference room on the first floor of Building No. 2 of the joint-stock company and in the conference room on the third floor of Shanghai Dongda Chemical. A total of 125 senior leaders and key employees gathered together to celebrate past achievements, jointly outline future plans, and warmly welcome the upcoming New Year.

     At the group-wide New Year gathering, Chen Hailiang, Executive Deputy General Manager of the joint-stock company, delivered a New Year’s address. First, on behalf of Mr. Xu Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Yinuowei Group, and the group’s senior management, he extended sincere greetings and New Year wishes to all employees. He then provided a comprehensive review of the group’s outstanding achievements over the past year in areas such as safe production, quality management, comprehensive budgeting, and compliance and internal control, fully recognizing the hard work and spirit of teamwork demonstrated by all employees. General Manager Chen emphasized that in 2026, the group will continue to deepen the construction of its internal control system, with a focus on comprehensive budgeting and compliance management, and firmly advance safe, scientific, and high-quality development, striving to achieve even higher control objectives.

     This year’s New Year gathering featured a rich and diverse program, with a variety of engaging activities—including safety training, knowledge quizzes, large-scale choral performances, and interactive games—taking turns to showcase the multifaceted talents and upbeat spirit of the Renowei team members. The interactive games, which fostered cross-departmental collaboration, further strengthened team cohesion, enhanced communication and mutual understanding, and created a warm, harmonious, and highly motivated atmosphere. The gathering also included multiple interactive benefit sessions; generous gifts and lucky-red-envelope draws brought the festive mood to a thrilling climax, filling the venue with warmth and joy. The Group specially presented handwritten “Fu” characters penned by the Chairman himself—each character brimming with care and blessings—allowing employees to deeply feel the company’s warmth and concern.

      At the conclusion of the group’s New Year gathering, senior company executives and all employees jointly sang “The Song of Safety,” using safety as our foundation and striving forward as our wings, as we wish the company continued success in the coming year and a happy, fulfilling life for every employee. Gao Zhensheng, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Polyether Division, delivered a special report and outlined work plans for the Group’s projects and the 2026 agenda, clearly defining the direction and key tasks for high-quality development in the coming year.
