Party Building Leads to Unified Strength; Supply–Demand Coordination Fuels Development — Yinuowei Group and Beixin Waterproof Officially Launch a Strategic Partnership for Joint Party Building
On June 25, 2026, Zhang Jianchun, Deputy Secretary of the Temporary Party Committee of Beixin Waterproof, a leading domestic waterproofing materials company, led a team of key Party members to visit Yinuowei Group. Together with a Party-member team headed by Li Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Yinuowei, they officially launched a collaborative initiative for joint Party building. Under the theme “Party Building Leads to Unified Strength; Supply–Demand Coordination Fuels Development,” the two sides are pioneering a new model of Party‑building alliance that fosters deep collaboration among leading enterprises across the industry chain. By pursuing six strategic pathways—joint organizational development, shared theoretical study, co‑hosted activities, joint talent cultivation, mutual business promotion, and shared outcomes—they aim to dismantle institutional barriers and effectively translate the political strengths of Party organizations into momentum for industrial synergy and innovation.
During the event, accompanied by Ning Xiaolong, a member of the YINUOWEI Party Committee, the Beixin Waterproof delegation visited the New Materials Company’s central control room, its standardized production workshop, and its R&D center. They then toured the YINUOWEI Science and Technology Museum, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s development journey and its nine major product systems, while observing firsthand the achievements YINUOWEI has made in lean manufacturing, technological R&D, and quality control.

Following the tour, the two parties convened in the Science and Innovation Center’s conference room for a symposium on joint Party building and a signing ceremony. In his remarks, Zhang Jianchun highly commended Yinuowei’s lean management system, its standardized workshop construction, and its team‑management capabilities. In his address, Li Jian stated that this joint Party‑building agreement represents a significant step toward forging a strong partnership between leading enterprises across the upstream and downstream segments of the industrial chain. The two sides will use Party building as a connecting thread, deepen cooperation along six key collaborative pathways, and promote supply‑demand coordination, technological breakthroughs, and market expansion within the industry. This effort will help enterprises enhance quality and efficiency while driving the sector’s green transformation, thereby achieving mutually beneficial development.
At the event, the two parties formally signed a Cooperation Agreement on Joint Party Building, committing to deepen collaboration in areas such as theoretical study, Party member development, technological problem-solving, and business coordination. They also established cross‑enterprise model Party member posts, integrating Party building into every stage of the value chain—R&D, green production, and market operations—thereby harnessing the momentum of Party leadership to drive high‑quality business growth.

Throughout the event, both parties conducted their first joint research and study session, engaging in in-depth discussions on topics such as high-quality development, green and low-carbon initiatives, and industrial-chain collaboration. They showcased their core products and technological strengths, laying a solid foundation for future collaborative efforts in areas including the R&D of green and low-carbon materials, formulation optimization, and raw-material substitution.
This joint Party-building initiative represents both an innovative step toward the deep integration of Party work with production and operations, and a significant exploration of leveraging “red ties” to drive collaborative upgrades across the industrial chain. It has further strengthened strategic mutual trust between upstream and downstream enterprises in areas such as technological innovation, green transformation, and market expansion. Moving forward, both parties will continue to unlock the full potential of this partnership, injecting strong momentum into the low‑carbon, integrated, high‑quality development of the polyurethane and waterproofing industries, and jointly forging a new paradigm of coordinated development based on equality, mutual benefit, and long‑term win‑win outcomes.
