Putting Quality-Driven Development into Practice and Deepening Quality Management—Yinuowei Participates in Training on New Quality Certification Regulations

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Outline for Building a Country Strong in Quality and to continuously strengthen enterprises’ quality management system development and quality certification, the Zibo Municipal Administration for Market Regulation hosted a specialized training session on “New Regulations and Practices in Quality Certification” on April 17, 2026. Zhang Li and Liu Jihong, representatives from the Quality Control Departments of Yinuowei Co., Ltd. and Yinuowei New Materials Co., Ltd., were invited to attend the training.

This training session was delivered by Yuan Kun, a nationally registered auditor at Shandong Guojian Certification Co., Ltd. The content focused on the latest regulatory documents, including Announcement No. 2 of 2026 issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation’s Certification and Accreditation Administration, providing an in-depth interpretation of the core principles underlying the new quality certification regulations. It also offered a detailed analysis of the specific implementation requirements for ISO/IEC guidelines in domestic management system certification, with particular emphasis on the four key changes introduced by the new regulations. This comprehensive overview enabled participating enterprises to fully grasp the essential elements of the new rules and accurately align their compliance strategies with industry standards.

For many years, Yinuowei has steadfastly upheld the core quality philosophy that “quality is life; quality is profitability,” with the guiding principle of “meeting customer needs and exceeding customer expectations.” The company is committed to cultivating a quality management culture that is uniquely reflective of Yinuowei’s identity. It has implemented a company-wide quality management model, actively participating in national quality management group initiatives and the development of trustworthy quality teams, thereby encouraging all employees to engage in quality control and fulfill their quality responsibilities. Yinuowei has explicitly set the quality objectives of “zero defects, zero complaints, and zero returns,” rigorously adheres to the “Three No’s Principle,” comprehensively operates multiple integrated management systems—including ISO 9000 and ISO 45001—and employs a variety of scientific management methods to ensure that every task is assigned to a responsible party and that each level of management has clearly defined responsibilities, thus achieving standardized oversight and control. In this way, the quality ethos is embedded in the corporate culture and permeates every stage of production and service delivery, firmly establishing a robust defense for product and service quality.
This training enabled participants to systematically grasp the changes and requirements introduced by the new quality certification regulations, thereby gaining a clearer understanding of the compliance direction and improvement pathways for quality management. Taking this training as an opportunity, Yinuowei will integrate the new regulatory requirements into its quality management practices, remain committed to the national strategy of building a country strong in quality, continuously optimize its management system, enhance management effectiveness, and leverage high-quality products and services to drive the company’s high-quality, sustainable development while fulfilling its corporate responsibility for quality.
