Product description:

The interior of a polyurethane water heater casing typically contains an inner tank and a polyurethane insulation layer. The inner tank is the core component for storing hot water, generally made of materials such as stainless steel or enamel. Stainless steel inner tanks have good corrosion resistance and strength, while enamel inner tanks perform excellently in terms of corrosion and scale prevention. The polyurethane insulation layer tightly wraps the outside of the inner tank, formed by on-site foaming or pre-foaming and then installing. It is made by foaming a reaction of raw materials like isocyanate and polyol, and the resulting cellular structure effectively prevents heat transfer.
