This product features rapid curing and excellent shrink resistance. When used with polymeric MDI, it adapts to various substrate shapes without requiring mold manufacturing costs. Whether dealing with flat surfaces, curved surfaces, or complex geometries, polyurethane spray molding ensures seamless surface adhesion through foam formation. It finds applications in building insulation, cold room thermal insulation, industrial pipeline and tank insulation, while open-cell polyurethane spraying enables sound absorption in construction, indoor air conditioning systems, and moisture-proofing solutions.
Performance and application:
1. Building Insulation: Widely applied in exterior walls and roofs. For wall insulation, it can be directly sprayed onto the surface to form a continuous thermal barrier, effectively preventing heat transfer and enhancing energy efficiency. In roof insulation, it protects the building's top structure from temperature fluctuations, thereby extending the lifespan of the roof.
2. Cold room Insulation: This material serves as the ideal solution for maintaining optimal temperature control in cold storage facilities. It provides a stable low-temperature environment while reducing energy consumption of refrigeration equipment. With its superior thermal insulation and sealing properties, it effectively prevents external heat infiltration and internal cold air leakage, ensuring minimal temperature fluctuations within the facility.
3. Industrial Pipeline and Tank Insulation: For industrial pipelines and storage tanks in sectors like petroleum and chemical industries, polyurethane spray coating provides effective thermal insulation and corrosion protection. This solution prevents rapid temperature fluctuations of media within pipelines and tanks, reduces heat loss, while also protecting them from external environmental corrosion.
4. Polyurethane Open-cell Spray for Architectural Acoustics: This technology is applied to walls and ceilings in concert halls, theaters, and multi-function spaces for sound absorption. By spraying open-cell polyurethane foam in these areas, it effectively reduces indoor reverberation time and enhances acoustic performance. Additionally, it serves dual purposes in indoor climate control and moisture protection. When installed on building walls and roofs in humid regions, it helps regulate indoor humidity. For instance, during the rainy season in southern China, it absorbs excess moisture from wall surfaces, preventing mold growth and structural damage, while also providing moderate thermal insulation.
