Product Introduction

This product features fast forming and good anti-shrinkage properties. When used with polymeric MDI, it is suitable for substrates of various shapes without the need for mold manufacturing costs. Whether the object is planar, curved, or has complex geometric shapes, polyurethane spraying can adhere well to the object's surface and foam into shape. It can be used in building insulation, cold storage insulation, industrial pipeline and tank insulation, etc.; open-cell polyurethane spraying can be used in building sound absorption, indoor air conditioning and moisture-proof fields.

 

Performance and Uses:

1. Building Insulation: Widely used in the exterior walls, roofs, etc., of buildings. For exterior wall insulation, it can be directly sprayed onto the wall surface to form a continuous insulation layer, effectively preventing heat transfer and improving the energy efficiency of buildings. In roof insulation, it can protect the top structure of the building from the effects of temperature changes and extend the service life of the roof.

2. Cold Storage Insulation: It is an ideal material for cold storage insulation. It can provide a stable low-temperature environment for cold storage and reduce the energy consumption of refrigeration equipment. Due to its good insulation and sealing performance, it can prevent the intrusion of external heat and the leakage of cold air inside the cold storage, ensuring that the temperature fluctuation inside the cold storage is within a small range.

3. Industrial Pipeline and Tank Insulation: For various pipelines and tanks in industry, such as transportation pipelines and storage tanks in the petroleum and chemical industries, polyurethane spraying can provide effective insulation and corrosion protection. It can prevent the rapid change of the medium temperature in the pipelines and tanks, reduce heat loss, and prevent the pipelines and tanks from being corroded by the external environment.

4. Open-cell polyurethane spraying for building acoustic treatment: In places such as concert halls, theaters, and multi-functional halls, it is used for sound absorption treatment of walls and ceilings. By spraying open-cell polyurethane foam on these parts, the reverberation time in the room can be effectively reduced, and the acoustic effect can be improved; indoor air conditioning and moisture-proof: Used in the interior of building walls and roofs in areas with high humidity, it can adjust the indoor humidity. For example, in the rainy season in the south, it can absorb excess water vapor inside the wall, preventing the wall from mildew and damage, and also playing a role in insulation to a certain extent.
