Product Introduction:
This product features stable foaming speed, excellent curing properties, and superior shrinkage resistance. When used with polymeric MDI, it is suitable for pipeline insulation systems, district heating pipelines, cryogenic pipelines, oil/gas pipelines (land and offshore), heating/pipe renovation projects, and industrial facility construction. The production processes include: Intermittent Tubing-in-Tubing Process (Cast Pipe): Available in two methods (intermediate feeding and single-end feeding), applicable to pipe diameters 27-1620mm; Continuous Tubing-in-Tubing Process (One-step Pipeline): Applicable to pipe diameters ≤426mm; Spray Tubing Process: Available in intermittent and continuous modes, suitable for pipe diameters ≥630mm. All processes can be customized with flame-retardant systems as required.
Performance and application:
Used for pipeline insulation system, regional thermal pipeline, cryogenic pipeline, oil or natural gas pipeline (land, offshore), heating or pipeline renovation projects, factory construction fields.
1. Exceptional Thermal Insulation: Among various insulation materials, polyurethane demonstrates outstanding thermal performance. For long-term operational pipeline systems such as centralized heating pipelines, it significantly reduces heat loss and enhances energy efficiency. For instance, in a centralized heating network with a 5-kilometer supply radius, polyurethane-insulated pipelines can reduce heat loss by 30% to 50% compared to traditional insulation materials.
2. Excellent Water Resistance and Corrosion Resistance: The closed-cell structure of polyurethane insulation provides superior waterproofing, effectively preventing moisture infiltration into the insulation layer. For underground pipelines or those exposed to humid environments, this waterproofing prevents insulation damage and pipe corrosion caused by water intrusion. Additionally, polyurethane material demonstrates chemical resistance, resisting moderate acid-alkali corrosion.
3. Good mechanical properties: The polyurethane insulation layer has a certain elasticity and toughness, which can withstand a certain degree of external impact and pipeline deformation. During the installation and use of pipelines, if ground subsidence, pipeline collision and other situations occur, it can play a role in cushioning and protecting the pipeline, reducing the risk of pipeline rupture.
