Product Introduction:
This product is characterized by stable foaming speed, good curing performance, and good shrinkage resistance. When used with polymeric MDI, it is used in pipe insulation systems, regional heating pipelines, cryogenic pipelines, oil or natural gas pipelines (land, offshore), heating or pipeline renovation projects, and factory construction fields, etc. The production process is divided into an intermittent pipe-in-pipe production process (casting pipe): there are two methods: intermediate injection and single-end injection, applicable pipe diameter: 27-1620mm; continuous pipe-in-pipe production process (one-step pipe): applicable pipe diameter ≤426mm; spray pipe production process (spray pipe): depending on the production method, it is divided into intermittent and continuous types, applicable pipe diameter ≥630mm; Flame-retardant systems are available according to needs for the above processes.

Used in pipe insulation systems, regional heating pipelines, cryogenic pipelines, oil or natural gas pipelines (land, offshore), heating or pipeline renovation projects, and factory construction fields, etc.
1. Excellent insulation performance: Among various insulation materials, polyurethane has outstanding insulation performance. For long-term running pipeline systems, such as centralized heating pipelines, it can greatly reduce heat loss and improve energy utilization efficiency. For example, in a centralized heating network with a heating radius of 5 kilometers, using polyurethane insulated pipes can reduce heat loss by 30% - 50% compared to traditional insulated pipes.
2. Good waterproofness and corrosion resistance: The closed-cell structure of the polyurethane insulation layer gives it good waterproof performance, effectively preventing water from entering the insulation layer. For buried pipes or pipes exposed to humid environments, this waterproofness can prevent damage to the insulation layer and pipe corrosion caused by water ingress. At the same time, the polyurethane material itself has a certain tolerance to many chemicals and can resist a certain degree of acid-base corrosion.
3. Good mechanical properties: The polyurethane insulation layer has a certain elasticity and toughness, and can withstand a certain degree of external impact and pipe deformation. During pipe installation and use, such as ground subsidence, pipe collisions, etc., it can play a buffering and protective role for the pipe, reducing the risk of pipe breakage.
