Product Introduction:
This product, when used in conjunction with modified MDI, serves multiple purposes: coal wall grouting reinforcement to prevent rib failure, pre-grouting for fault fracture zones, small pillar reinforcement, pre-mining reinforcement, and waterproof sealing. During underground coal mining, gas migration often causes large-scale irregular seepage. Rapid spraying on roadway surfaces effectively seals gas leaks and eliminates hazards. Surface spraying on coal pillars prevents spontaneous combustion and harmful gas leakage caused by air infiltration between mined-out areas and mining zones. It also seals gas extraction holes and leaks, while providing reinforcement for fractured or loose rock masses in tunnel, subway, and other engineering projects.
Performance and application:
1. Good mechanical properties: high tensile strength, tear strength and compressive strength, can adapt to the reinforcement requirements of different surrounding rocks and geological conditions;
2. Strong adhesion: it has a lasting strong adhesion to coal mass and metal, and can effectively bond different parts or broken rock mass together;
3. Good flexibility: can withstand the movement of the strengthened stratum and long-term ground pressure, and some products can also bear a certain amount of flexible deformation and shrinkage of the surrounding rock, without secondary deformation and fracture;
4. Excellent flame retardancy: it can effectively reduce the fire risk and ensure production safety when used in coal mine and other places with fire prevention requirements;
5.strong corrosion resistance: can resist the erosion of chemicals and acid and alkali and other corrosive substances, suitable for mining operations in different chemical environments;
6. Good waterproof performance: The closed hole structure makes it have good waterproof performance and can effectively prevent water from entering. For example, the polyurethane water blocking material can effectively block the water flow channel when it swells with water.
