Product Introduction:

This product is used in combination with modified MDI for Coal seam grouting reinforcement to prevent gangue, pre-grouting reinforcement of fault fracture zones, small coal pillar reinforcement, pre-mining reinforcement, and waterproof leakage; In coal mines, large-scale and irregular permeation of gas occurs during excavation. Rapid spraying on the surface of the roadway seals the gas and eliminates hidden dangers. Spraying the surface of the coal pillar prevents air leakage between the goaf and the mining area, which can cause spontaneous combustion of the coal seam and leakage of harmful gases; used for sealing gas extraction holes and sealing air leaks; filling and reinforcing fractured and loose rock masses in tunnels, subways, and tunnels.

 

Performance and Uses:

1. Good mechanical properties: It has high tensile strength, tear strength, and compressive strength, and can meet the reinforcement requirements under different surrounding rock and geological conditions;

2. Strong adhesion: It has strong and lasting adhesion to coal rock masses and metals, and can effectively bond and fix different components or fractured rock masses together;

3. Good flexibility: It can withstand the movement of the reinforced strata and the long-term influence of ground pressure. Some products can also bear a certain amount of flexible deformation and shrinkage of the surrounding rock without causing secondary deformation cracks;

4. Excellent flame retardancy: When used in places with fire prevention requirements such as coal mines, it can effectively reduce the risk of fire and ensure production safety;

5. Strong corrosion resistance: It can resist the corrosion of chemicals and corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis, and is suitable for mining operations in different chemical environments;

6. Good waterproofness: The closed-cell structure makes it waterproof, effectively preventing water from entering. For example, polyurethane waterproof materials expand when they encounter water, effectively blocking water flow channels.
