Product Introduction:

Polyether polyol modified by grafting vinyl monomers such as styrene and acrylonitrile, milky white viscous liquid. It includes two major categories: general soft foam POP and high-activity POP. The product has excellent characteristics such as low viscosity, high solid content, low monomer residue, and low odor. It is suitable for preparing various soft sponge foams, high-resilience foams, slow-resilience foams, and microporous elastic materials, improving the hardness and load-bearing capacity of the products.

Uses and Performance:

Applied to soft foam products such as furniture sponge and shoe materials, it has excellent load-bearing capacity, tensile and tear resistance;

Applied to various products such as car seats, interiors, steering wheels, shock absorbers, and polyurethane tires, it has excellent foam stability, porosity, and load-bearing capacity;

Applied to slow-rebound products such as memory pillows, it has excellent hand feel comfort and load-bearing capacity.
