Product Introduction:
These are milky, viscous liquids of polyether polyols graft-modified with vinyl monomers like styrene and acrylonitrile. The products include two main categories: general-purpose flexible POP and high-activity POP. They feature low viscosity, high solids content, low residual monomer, and low odor. Suitable for producing various flexible sponge foams, high resilience foams, Viscoelastic Foams , and microcellular elastomer materials, enhancing hardness and load-bearing capacity of the final products.
Applications and Performance:
Used in soft sponge products such as furniture sponge and footwear foam, providing excellent load-bearing, tensile, and tear resistance.
Applied in automotive seats, interiors, steering wheels, vibration dampers, polyurethane tires, and other products, offering excellent foam stability, open-cell structure, and load-bearing performance.
Used in slow recovery products such as memory pillows, delivering superior comfort and load-bearing capacity.
