Product Introduction:
A class of polyether polyols with special structures designed and developed according to customized needs. It covers a series of functional products such as flame retardants, surfactants, cell openers, and high-performance materials, playing a key role in subdivided fields such as polyurethane foams, flame retardant materials, elastomers, UV-curable resins, metal cutting, textiles, and wastewater treatment, and providing strong support for solving bottlenecks in product application and industry development.
Performance and Uses:
1. S227 and S320 are used in OCF foam sealant, which can accelerate product curing speed, improve foam elasticity, and increase adhesive output. S227 is also suitable for low-viscosity epoxy resin diluents.
2. S350T and S25K are used in high-resilience cell openers, shoe materials, or modified isocyanates, etc., which can significantly improve product formulation tolerance, enhance foam cell openness, and reduce foam shrinkage.
3. S01X and S02X are used as low-foaming surfactants and defoamers, and synergistic effects can be achieved when used with other low-foaming surfactants.
4. S03X and S04X are used as industrial cleaning agents, effectively removing dirt from the workpiece surface, which is beneficial for subsequent processing. They are used as lubricants in synthetic metalworking fluids, mold release agents, and synthetic spinning coatings, featuring good lubrication, easy cleaning, and less tar-like residue.
5. S06X is widely used in detergents, oilfield chemicals, cleaning agents, defoamers, emulsifiers, chemical fiber oils, textiles, leather industry, pesticides, electroplating, papermaking, and cosmetics industries.
6. SL62 is a low-foaming non-ionic surfactant, with good wettability, dispersibility, and emulsifying properties. The product can be used as a pesticide emulsifier, and as a coolant and lubricant in metal cutting and grinding.
7. C218FR and C318FR are a class of halogen-containing reactive flame retardant polyether polyols, used for preparing B1 and B2 grade polyurethane elastomers, polyurethane rigid and flexible foams, flame retardant foam sealants, etc.
8. S300T is a trimethylolpropane-based polyether polyol, used for the preparation of UV-curable resins, alkyd resins, polyurethane resins, etc.
