Product Introduction:
This category of polyether polyols with special structures is designed and developed based on customized requirements. It includes functional products such as fire retardants, surfactants, cell openers, and high-performance materials. These products play a critical role in segmented fields including polyurethane foams, fire retardant materials, elastomers, photopolymer resins, metalworking fluids, textiles, and wastewater treatment, providing strong support to overcome bottlenecks in product applications and industry development.
Performance and Uses:
1.S227, S320: Used in one-component foam (OCF) adhesives to accelerate curing speed, enhance foam elasticity, and increase foam output. S227 is also suitable as a low-viscosity epoxy resin diluent.
2.S350T, S25K: Used as high resilience cell openers, footwear materials, or modified isocyanates, significantly improving formulation tolerance, foam openness, and reducing foam shrinkage.
3.S01X, S02X: Serve as low-foam surfactants and defoamers; synergistic effects are achieved when used with other low-foam surfactants.
4.S03X, S04X: Used as industrial cleaners to effectively remove dirt from workpiece surfaces, facilitating subsequent processing. Applied in synthetic metalworking fluids, release agents, and synthetic spinning coatings as lubricants, featuring good lubrication, easy cleaning, and low tar-like residue formation.
5.S06X: Widely applied in detergents, oilfield chemicals, cleaners, defoamers, emulsifiers, chemical fiber oils, textiles, leather industry, pesticides, electroplating, papermaking, and cosmetics.
6.SL62: A low-foam nonionic surfactant with excellent wetting, dispersing, and emulsifying properties. Used as a pesticide emulsifier and as a coolant and lubricant in metal cutting and grinding.
7.C218FR, C318FR: Halogen-containing reactive flame retardant polyether polyols used to prepare B1 and B2 grade polyurethane elastomers, rigid and flexible polyurethane foams, and flame retardant foams.
8.S300T: A trimethylolpropane-based polyether polyol used in the preparation of photopolymer resins, alkyd resins, polyurethane resins, and others.
