Product Overview:
This series of polyether polyols features specially tailored molecular structures developed in response to customized application needs. It encompasses UV-curable, bio-based, and fire-retardant polyethers, playing a vital role in niche sectors such as UV curing, polyurethane foams, and flame-retardant polyurethane systems. These products provide strong technical support to address critical application challenges and industry development bottlenecks.
Properties & Applications:
UV-Curable Polyethers:
Comprising highly reactive polyether polyols based on bisphenol A and trimethylolpropane (TMP), available across a wide molecular weight range. These materials enhance the mechanical strength, aging resistance, and chemical durability of coatings. They are widely used in automotive, wind energy, UV-curable coatings for solar cell , adhesives, and inks etc.
Bio-Based Polyethers:
Featuring over 50% bio-based content, low VOC emissions, excellent compression resistance, high reactivity, and good breathability. These polyethers are ideal for downstream polyurethane applications in furniture, automotive components, and other eco-conscious fields.
Flame-Retardant Polyethers:
A halogen-containing reactive fire-retardant polyether, designed to participate in the polyurethane reaction and become chemically bonded within the polymer chain. Polyurethane foams produced with this polyol offer superior fire-retardant properties, high elemental flame-retardant content, long-lasting performance, and excellent physical properties — all without fogging or volatilization.
