Metal Processing, Industrial Defoaming

Non-ionic surfactants are a type of polyether polyols with special chemical structures, often used as defoamers in modern industrial fields. By adjusting the ratio of polymer monomers and polymerization methods, they can be endowed with various properties such as defoaming, foam suppression, emulsification, wetting, and dispersion. They have extremely wide applications in industrial production and daily life, and are known as the "monosodium glutamate of industry". They are widely used in numerous industrial fields including biological fermentation, agricultural chemical production, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, metal processing and cleaning, pulp and paper industry, textile processing, and water treatment.

INOVOL® S01X and INOVOL® S02X polyether defoamers are suitable for power plant desulfurization and biological fermentation scenarios; INOVOL® S03X and INOVOL® S04X can not only be used in industrial cleaning agents to remove dirt from workpiece surfaces, but also serve as lubricants in synthetic metalworking fluids, release agents, and spinning coatings, with excellent lubricating performance, easy cleaning, and minimal residual tar-like residues; INOVOL® S06X and INOVOL® S07X are widely applied in industries such as detergents, oilfield chemicals, cleaning agents, defoamers, emulsifiers, chemical fiber oils, textiles, leather industry, papermaking, and cosmetics; INOVOL® SL62 can be used as a pesticide emulsifier, and as a coolant and lubricant in metal cutting and grinding.
