Microporous polyurethane railway pads are used between the rails and sleepers to provide shock absorption, noise reduction, and load-bearing capacity, effectively improving track stability and riding comfort.
This product is flexible and adjustable. One type of composite material can be used to produce microporous pads with different static stiffness in the 18-90 KN/mm series. The product also has a low ratio of dynamic to static stiffness and meets the fatigue strength requirement of 3 million cycles, making it particularly suitable for high-speed rail and subway systems.
