This product is used in the field of engineering tire manufacturing, for internal filling of engineering tires.
Main Product Features:
1. The polyurethane material is evenly distributed in the tire, with uniform pores, and is tightly bonded to the rubber without delamination;
2. Large filling capacity, long polyurethane gel time (more than 40min);
3. Room temperature curing, avoiding damage to rubber properties caused by high-temperature secondary vulcanization;
4. Good fluidity, easy to fill;
5. No oil leakage, large adjustable ratio range, low internal heat generation, preventing bursting;
6. Simple operation, large tolerance.
The product has the characteristics of low density, dense filling, no deformation under heavy pressure, and tight bonding with the outer tire, meeting the requirements of puncture and explosion protection for engineering tires.
