Product Introduction:

This product is a compound, which is a mixed system composed of two isomers: 2,4-toluene diisocyanate and 2,6-toluene diisocyanate. According to the different content of 2,4-toluene diisocyanate, it is divided into three types: TDI65, TDI80 and TDI100. The product features low acidity and low hydrolyzable chlorine content, and can meet the preparation requirements of various polyurethane materials.

Performance and Applications: 
TDI65 features high structural randomness, low melting point, and resistance to crystallization in winter, with fast reaction activity. When used in various polyurethane sponge products, it can effectively improve the uniformity and fineness of foam cells, as well as enhance the hardness and strength of the foam. It is widely applied in various sponges, insoles, and curing agent products.

TDI80 is a conventional toluene diisocyanate with strong versatility. It is widely used in various products such as polyurethane elastomers, coatings, adhesives, and sponges.

TDI100 contains over 98% of 2,4-toluene diisocyanate, with a more regular structure. In particular, the polyurethane prepolymer prepared from it has more controllable reaction activity, a long open time, and high process operation tolerance. The polyurethane products made from it exhibit higher mechanical properties, wear resistance, oil resistance, etc., and are widely used in the preparation of polyurethane elastomers, high-grade coating layers, and photo-curing products.
