The Donol PEG series products are made by the gradual polymerization of ethylene glycol or diethylene glycol with ethylene oxide. According to the molecular weight of the product, the appearance changes from a thick transparent liquid to a white solid at room temperature, and this product is soluble in water, ethanol and many other solvents. It has excellent lubricity, moisture retention, and dispersion, and can be used as an antistatic agent and softener. It is mainly used in the following fields: Pharmaceutical and biological fields: PEG is stable and not easy to deteriorate, and PEG-containing injections can remain safe and stable when heated to 150 degrees Celsius. High molecular weight PEGs (such as PEG4000, PEG6000, PEG8000) can be used as adhesives for the manufacture of tablets, making the surface of the tablets shiny and smooth, not easy to damage, while preventing bonding between sugar-coated tablets. PEG also has good water solubility and is highly compatible with organisms, allowing it to be used in drug delivery, biomedical imaging, and tissue engineering. Industrial Sector: PEG can be used as a lubricant, softener, dispersant, etc. In the textile industry, it is used as a fabric finishing agent and spinning lubricant; In daily chemicals, it is used in emulsion, deodorant, detergent, etc. Food field: PEG is commonly used in the coating of confectionery and chocolate products, as a coating agent, dispersant, binder, plasticizer, coating agent, lubricant, carrier solvent and fragrance additive.
