Lubricating oil polyether is a type of high-performance lubricating oil base oil synthesized mainly from ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. According to viscosity, it can be divided into low-viscosity and high-viscosity lubricating oil polyethers, which can meet the viscosity requirements of lubricating oil for different equipment and application scenarios. According to water solubility, it can be divided into water-soluble and oil-soluble lubricating oil polyethers. It has the advantages of being non-toxic, non-irritating, low pour point, high viscosity index, good viscosity-temperature characteristics, and excellent lubricity. It is widely used in various industrial and mechanical fields. Its main applications are in the following areas: Oil-soluble lubricating oil polyether base oil, due to its extremely low pour point, is used in refrigerator and air conditioner refrigeration compressor refrigerating oil. Water-soluble lubricating oil polyether base oil has excellent pressure resistance and lubricity, and good viscosity-temperature characteristics, and can be used in industrial high-temperature chain lubricants and gear oils, etc. High-viscosity lubricating oil polyether base oil has high viscosity and unique inverse solubility, and can be used as the main component of fire-resistant hydraulic oil and quenching medium, and is used in mechanical equipment hydraulic systems, metallurgy, and metal material heat treatment fields.
