Product Introduction:
Silane modified polymers are polymer compounds based on high molecular weight polyethers and siloxane-terminated polymers, and have the characteristics of free isocyanate, solvent-free and excellent adhesive properties.
Silane modified polymers are often used in silane modified sealants. The curing mechanism is moisture curing. The catalyst system is usually an organic tin catalyst. The recommended amount of catalyst addition is 0.05%-0.6%.
In the silane modified sealant formula, silane modified polymer is mixed with plasticizers, calcium carbonate, silane coupling agents and additives, and can prepare products with tensile strength of 1.0-4.0MPa and 100% modulus of 0.2-2.5MPa. It can also be used to prepare transparent sealant. Silane modified sealant products are widely used in construction, home decoration, industry and other fields.
