Product Introduction:
TPU extrusion products are formed through the extrusion molding process, where TPU pellets are continuously extruded under heat and pressure to create desired profiles. These products find extensive applications in both industrial production and daily life. Our product portfolio includes pneumatic tubes (E295, E298), air ducts (E2180, E2185), elastic webbing/round belts (E2285, E4185), and timing belts/hydraulic tubes (E4190, E4195) series.
Performance and Application:

TPU extruded products have a wide range of applications, mainly in the following fields:
Pipe materials: such as pneumatic pipes, hydraulic pipes, oil pipelines, etc., used for gas and oil transportation systems of mechanical equipment such as aircraft, tanks, and automobiles.
Cable sheath: used for geophysical cables, field operation cables, mining cables, new energy flame-retardant cables, etc., providing excellent protection and wear resistance.
Thin film sheet: Used for disposable medical supplies, protective clothing, shoe materials, fabrics, etc., it has excellent low-temperature flexibility and coloring properties.
Profiles and special-shaped materials, such as composite panels, elevator handrails, transmission belts, etc., are used in various industrial fields.
