Composed of three components A, B, and C, A is a polyol component, B is an isocyanate terminated prepolymer, and C is a curing agent. Mixing temperature: 45-50 ℃, vulcanization temperature: 80-95 ℃, demolding time: 30 minutes (adjustable by catalyst), the product has good wear resistance, resilience, weather resistance, good toughness, flexural resistance, low viscosity, good flowability, and high operability. Hardness can be adjusted through material ratio. Can be used to make pu wheels, rollers, impellers, sealing rings, sieve plate, pipeline cleaners, and some polyurethane elastomer miscellaneous parts.
