Series Introduction:

by A 、 B 、 C Three components, A Polyol component, B Isocyanate-terminated prepolymer, C Is the curing agent. Mixture temperature: 45 ~ 50 ℃, vulcanization temperature: 80 ~ 95 ℃, demolding time: 30 minutes (adjustable via catalyst), the product has good wear resistance, resilience, weather resistance, good product toughness, flex resistance, low viscosity and good fluidity, high operability. Hardness can be adjusted by material ratio. It can be used to make rubber wheels, rubber rollers, impellers, sealing rings, sieves, pipe cleaners and some polyurethane elastomer parts.
