Product Introduction:
A type of polyether polyol suitable for preparing various soft polyurethane foams, including soft foam sponge polyethers, high-rebound soft foam polyethers, and slow-rebound soft foam polyethers. Soft foam sponge polyether products have low viscosity, good foaming stability, and excellent anti-scorching effects; high-rebound soft foam polyethers have high primary hydroxyl content, high reactivity, low odor and VOC content, and are especially suitable for the preparation of cold-cure molded foams such as car seats, and can also be used in the production of various coatings, elastomers, and adhesives; slow-rebound soft foam polyethers have strong hydrophilicity, high product reactivity, and low odor, and are widely used in the production of ultra-soft foams, latex-like foams, and slow-rebound foams with slow gas expansion.
Uses and Performance:
Used in furniture, mattresses, and other polyurethane soft sponge foams, with excellent anti-scorching performance;
Used in car seats and other cold-cure high-rebound foams or steering wheels, polyurethane tires, and other microporous elastomers, with excellent rebound resilience, support, and resistance to compression set.
Used in memory pillows and other slow-rebound foam systems, with good hand feel and excellent support and resistance to compression set.
