Product Introduction:
This is a type of polyether polyol designed for the production of various flexible polyurethane foams. It includes polyether polyols for conventional flexible sponge foams, high resilience foams, and slow recovery (viscoelastic) foams.
The polyether polyols for conventional flexible sponge foams feature low viscosity, excellent foam stability, and outstanding scorch resistance.
High resilience polyether polyols are characterized by high primary hydroxyl content, high reactivity, low odor, and low VOC content. They are especially suitable for the production of cold-cure molded foams such as automotive seat cushions, and can also be used in coatings, elastomers, and adhesives.
Slow recovery polyether polyols exhibit strong hydrophilicity, high reactivity, and low odor. They are widely used in the production of ultra-soft foams, latex-like foams, and gas-inflated slow recovery foams.
Applications and Performance:
Used in polyurethane flexible sponge foams for furniture and mattresses, offering excellent scorch resistance.
Applied in cold-cure high resilience foams for automotive seats, as well as in microcellular elastomers such as steering wheels and polyurethane tires, featuring outstanding resilience, support, and resistance to compression set.
Used in Viscoelastic foam systems such as memory pillows, providing a comfortable touch, excellent support, and superior resistance to compression set.
